CSRHub Privacy Policy

CSRHub’S privacy policy applies to the use of the CSRHub websites located at www.csrhub.com and any sites co-branded with CSRHub (collectively, the "CSRHub Sites"). The terms "we", "us", and "CSRHub" refer to CSRHub LLC. The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user of any of the CSRHub Sites. The term "personal information" means information that you provide to us that personally identifies you such as your name, phone number, and email address. BY USING THE CSRHub SITES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ITS TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CSRHub SITES.

1. The Information We Collect and How We Use it

CSRHub limits the collection of personal information to information which is necessary to fulfill the purposes described below. If we use your information in any other manner, we will ask you for your prior consent.

Account information. If you create an account with us, we ask for and record personal information including your name and email address. We will use your email address to send you account information, updates and news.

Profile, Ratings and Information Sharing. We permit you to save your personal profile that we use to calculate, and provide you with, company ratings tailored to your profile. We also permit you to share your profile and other opinions publically or with selected membership communities within the CSRHub sites. We will only do so with your prior permission, and such information will not be shared in any other manner.

Communicating with CSRHub. If you contact us, we record personal information and other content that you provide in your communication.

Activity on CSRHub Sites. We record information relating to your use of the CSRHub Sites, such as your searches, the pages you visit, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and time and date information. We use this information to administer the CSRHub Sites and provide service. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics to measure interest in and use of the various areas of our Sites. You cannot be identified from this aggregate information.

Cookies. We send cookies to your computer to uniquely indentify your browser and improve the quality of our service. “Cookies" refers to information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing the site. We may use both session cookies (that expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (that remain on your computer until you delete them). You can remove persistent cookies by following your browser’s directions in its help file. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas of the CSRHub Sites may not function properly or at all.

Enforcement. We may use the information we collect in connection with your use of the CSRHub Sites (including your personal information) in order to investigate, enforce, and apply our Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Providing Information to Third Parties.

CSRHub may share your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, other companies under common control, joint ventures, or affiliates (collectively, "Affiliates") that we may have now or in the future; if we do so we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy. If our company or its assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess your personal information, and will assume the rights and obligations with respect to that information as provided in this Privacy Policy. We may also contract with other businesses and people to perform services on our behalf. In such cases, we may share your information with such third parties, but only for the performance of such services, and only if they enter into agreements that prohibit them from using or disclosing any information they receive from us for any other purposes.

CSRHub may also disclose your personal information to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary (a) in connection with investigation of possible unlawful activities; (b) to enforce or apply our Terms and Privacy Policy; (c) to comply with legal process or governmental request; or (d) to protect our rights, reputation, and property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public. CSRHub is not required to question or contest the validity of any legal process or governmental request that we receive.

CSRHub also may disclose information in the aggregate, or non-personally identifying information, to third parties relating to user behavior in connection with actual or prospective business relationship with those third parties, such as advertisers and content distributors.

The CSRHub Sites may contain links to third party websites to which we have no affiliation. Except as described herein, we do not share your personal information with those third parties, and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the personal information that is stored in our database. Although we take such measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your personal information will never be disclosed or unlawfully accessed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. You hereby acknowledge that CSRHub is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, or unlawful access, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted or unlawfully accessed information in any unauthorized manner.

5. Modifying Our Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will post new versions on this page. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our website. Any such changes will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our website. It is your responsibility to update your personal information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. If the last e-mail you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our e-mail containing such notice will constitute notice of the changes described in the notice. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of personal information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your personal information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your account with us. Continued use of the CSRHub Sites following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
